Naomi Punk

Despite there being an overall 'style' in the garage rock genre there's been an emerging number of great new bands lately that have been shaking the scene up a bit, with psych-vibes and surf-riffs, and hazey moods and skuffed up basslines. Naomi Punk jump on the bandwagon too, sporting a distinct psyched-out, 'space rock' element in their traditional lo-fi garage punk roots. Think of them as Abe Vigoda making their way out of the blaring sunlight in the jungle and into a little run-down shack on the coast where the acoustics are really bad and thee's lots of echo.
